- 1-2 lbs ground venison
- 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes can be fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup garlic powder divided
- 1/4 cup onion powder divided
- 1-2 tbs season all salt to taste
- 1 tbs black pepper to taste
- 1 tbs paprika divided
- 3-4 tbs olive oil
- Parmesan cheese optional
- Spaghetti of choice
Divide all seasonings in half and mix them in two seperate bowls.
In medium bowl, mix meat and one bowl of seasonings together. Use plastic gloves to protect your hands from raw meat if desired. Always wash hands after handling raw meat.
Heat pan with oil over medium heat
Add meat and cook until done; constantly stir during the cooking process to break up chunks of meat
When cooked through, add dived tomatoes & season sauce with the other bowl of seasoning
Cook about 10 minutes or until seasonings are incorporated with sauce
Serve over spaghetti of choice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired
